Stiff and Sore post Travelling?

Whilst our holidays are exciting, they can put a lot of strain on your body! Chiropractic care can help you recover and feel your best after a trip.

Prolonged sitting during travel or lifting heavy luggage can strain your body, creating back pain, neck pain and headaches, and shoulder tension. Even minor problems may cause discomfort or pain that worsens over time.

Jet lag and poor sleep can worsen discomfort and pains like neck pain and low back pain; plus sleeping in different beds and using different pillows whilst moving around can cause spinal issues, muscle tension and general stiffness and soreness!

What can you do to help?

1. Stretching and mobilising. Our Stretch and Mobility Classes at The Loft Studio, run by our Cable Beach Chiropractic chiro Dr. Matt, are now on weekly every Monday, 5:30pm - details below!

2. Hydrate hydrate, especially returning to this lovely Broome humid weather

3. Get adjusted! At Cable Beach Chiropractic we will assess your spine and provide the care you need to get re-aligned and moving properly again, starting the year back in Broome with a well-functioning body.

We're now open for the year and look forward to seeing you in the practice  :)
